I made these for my girl's room, they hang on the wall above 'their half' of the room. Each plaque cost me around $3.50.
First paint all the pieces and let them dry. Then take a beaded ribbon and glue it to the bottom of the plaque. Then glue the crown and the wood cutouts onto the plaque. Lastly, use the gems to decorate the plaque.
